A unique experiential learning workshop on Self-Renaissance was conducted by Rotary Club of Bangalore Sneha on Saturday 30th Nov. 2019 at Aiyara Comforts, Aicoobo Nagar, BTM First Stage, Bangalore between 5.30 to 8.30 PM.

 Few CEOs, Top Executives, Professionals from different industries attended "Advancing Through the Bed Thorns to the Carpet of Roses" program led by Unnikrishnan K. B. (Principal Catalyst- People Practices, Transcat People Solutions Pvt. Ltd.).

The program consists of goal setting, self-introspection, walking through broken pieces of glass (voluntary activity) safely to overcome inhibitions to take appropriate actions to achieve the professional and personal goals, action planning, etc.
